It’s a fair question to ask. Why should a soft, out-of-shape blob of a person dictate decisions affecting the health and wellbeing of others? It stands to reason that anyone not able to take care of themselves properly is the last person you’d want to try taking care of someone else.
More pointedly asked: Why should Bill Gates determine the medical fate of the world when he is the last person worthy of making sound personal health choices?
No doubt most sane people have wondered this for years. Why does Bill Gates get to decide what vaccines you and I take? Why is Bill Gates heavily involved in the World Health Organization? What about vaccines and passports and rights does Gates feel like he needs to merge? The man is worth $130 billion and yet he feels like he needs to control every last facet of remaining individual liberty around the globe. He’s the worst.
Thankfully, people like Joe Rogan are brave enough to call it out. When you and I have these conversations, no one notices. But when Rogan has these conversations, one of the largest media audiences in the world suddenly perks up. This is a good thing.
In a recent podcast, the red-pilled Rogan didn’t hold back his thoughts surrounding the billionaire tech tycoon and burgeoning tyrant.
The Blaze also had the story.
“Rogan then ripped Gates for lecturing other people what to eat while not being in the best shape a person could be in.
“And by the way, you look like s**t,” Rogan told Gates. “If you’re eating those plant-based burgers or whatever the f*** you’re doing, you’re obese.”
Regarding Bill Gates…Rogan said, “A guy like that telling people about — he’s got these breasts, and this gut, and I’m like, this is crazy. You’re one of the richest guys on earth. You have access to the best nutrients … you could have an amazing trainer. You could be in phenomenal shape, and you’re giving out public health advice … and you’re sick.”
“It’s literally like a non-athlete trying to coach professionals. Like, what the f*** are you talking about,” the “JRE” host continued on his rant. “How are you giving any health advice when you look like that. Your health is piss poor.”
Rogan added, “I’m not a doctor, but when you’ve got man-boobs, and a gut, and you’re walking around, and you have like these toothpick arms — I’m like, ‘Hey buddy, you’re not healthy.’”
Rogan makes it sound so obvious. Lecturing us on what to eat. Breasts. Gut. Sick. Piss-poor health. Man boobs. Toothpick arms. The man is a totem of laziness and unhealthiness, made all the worse by the fact that he can afford whatever he wants. He simply chooses not to. Gates could grow his own organic food on his gajillion acres and then have it prepared by the best chefs in the world, guided by the best nutritionists in the world. He could hire the best personal trainer in the world.
Instead, he lectures the rest of us on how to be healthy. If he isn’t an example of Jordan Peterson’s first rule in life – making your bed and getting your own life in order before setting out to put others’ in order – then there is no such example.
