In a series of tweets yesterday, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) raised some serious concerns over the history of sentencing practices on the part of Joe Biden’s black, female SCOTUS nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson. From what he could gather, Brown Jackson’s judicial philosophy mirrors the increasingly common trends to treat pedophiles with compassion and not for the predatory monsters they are.
As reported by Fox News, the extensive history of both her writings from law school and from the bench are worrisome.
“Republican Sen. Josh Hawley posted a lengthy Twitter thread Wednesday containing several examples that he says demonstrates an “alarming” pattern of lenient treatment of sex offenders who prey on children from Biden Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.”
Here are just a few examples of what Hawley exposed via Twitter:
“Judge Jackson has a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes, both as a judge and as a policymaker. She’s been advocating for it since law school. This goes beyond “soft on crime.” I’m concerned that this a record that endangers our children.”
“As far back as her time in law school, Judge Jackson has questioned making convicts register as sex offenders – saying it leads to “stigmatization and ostracism.” She’s suggested public policy is driven by a “climate of fear, hatred & revenge” against sex offenders.”
“It gets worse. As a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Judge Jackson advocated for drastic change in how the law treats sex offenders by eliminating the existing mandatory minimum sentences for child porn.”
“In the case of United States v. Hawkins, the sex offender had multiple images of child porn. He was over 18. The Sentencing Guidelines called for a sentence of up to 10 years. Judge Jackson sentenced the perpetrator to only 3 months in prison. Three months.”
The entire thread begins here.
I’ve been researching the record of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, reading her opinions, articles, interviews & speeches. I’ve noticed an alarming pattern when it comes to Judge Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children

The string of tweets is as damning as it is concerning. Whereas most opponents to her nomination pointed out the overtly segregatory nature of her selection – given Biden’s campaign pledge to only look at black women – and subsequently worried he would seat a racist lunatic that would view every decision through a Critical Theory Lens, Hawley’s findings raise equally valid concerns in other areas of law.
Of course, none of this should be a surprise. Leftism is a mental illness and erodes all faculties of the brain. The same line of thinking that views any disparity as being the result of white supremacist legacies is identical to the view that a pedophile is simply misunderstood. In both cases, personal responsibility is replaced by a victim mentality. It should go without saying that the real – and only – victim of pedophilia is the child.
Apparently that is asking too much from Ketanji Brown Jackson to notice. She condones racism, she condones pedophilia…what other evils does she support?
