The “Let’s Go Brandon” chants that echoed around stadiums, concerts, and pretty much every other public venue in 2021 might have been the best part of that year.
The phrase, a dig at both Biden and the media, was a great way to make fun of the corrupt and lying elites in a family-friendly way while also showing utter contempt for Biden himself.
However, as time wore on, the chant dies out. Whether because the cold brought an end to the public events where it was most popular or because people just got tired of it, there have been fewer and fewer videos of crowds joining in the hilarious chant recently even though Biden has made error after error in his year-long trainwreck of a presidency.
Well, the chant might finally be back. Kid Rock, who recently told Tucker Carlson that he’s “uncancelable,” is all in on making fun of Biden and did so via a chant in his Nashville bar and restaurant, the “Big Ass Honky Tonk.”
There he and Tucker Carlson had a few laughs while Kid Rock led a “Let’s Go Brandon” chant with the raucous crowd gladly joining along, as TMZ reports:
Tucker and Kid Rock were together because of an interview the two did, the one in which Kid Rock told Tucker that he’s uncancelable, saying that his cancel culture force field existed because of his lack of corporate ties. In his words:
“Because I don’t give a f-ck. I’m not in bed with any big corporate things at the end of the day. There’s nobody I’m beholden to — no record companies, no corporate interests, no nothing. You can’t cancel me. I love it when they try.”
He’ll need it too. While the Nashville crowd seemed generally willing to join in and sing along, his new song, “We the People,” is quite anti-Biden and anti-Fauci, so it will draw the ire of the cancel culture tyrants.
At one point in the song, for example, Rock sings “‘Wear your mask, take your pills,’ now a whole generation is mentally ill. Man, fuck Fauci.” Further, the chorus of the song includes the “Let’s Go Brandon” chant.
So, Kid Rock’s gonna need to stay safe from cancel culture and is hopefully right about his impervious status. At the very least, it looks like the Nashville crowd was all aboard the LGB train.
