In a very unpopular move, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security is moving forward with ending former President Trump’s CDC Title 42 emergency order.
Their plan, reviewed by Breitbart Texas, acknowledges ending Title 42 will probably result in an additional surge in illegal migration along the southwest border. An increase is the numbers is already taking place, possibly in expectation of the administrations move. In March, Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 200,000 migrants.
The plan predicts that DHS’ current processing capabilities will be overwhelmed and require an increase in the use of “broadscale release mechanisms”.
Texas Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX) told Fox News on Wednesday that the administration is anticipating approximately a half-million migrants to cross the border in the weeks following the end of Title 42.
“They’re talking about 500,000 in the next five weeks,” McCaul told Fox News. “That would be 100,000 people per week coming into the country. We don’t know who they are.”
In response to the Biden administration’s plan, and following months of DHS dropping illegal aliens and other “migrants” off through out their states, Florida and Texas Republican governors have decide it’s time to put those dropped off, back on busses, sending them to the politicians making these un-coordinated decisions.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced on Wednesday, after signing the No Patient Left Alone Act into law in Naples, Florida, that his state now has the funding to reroute the illegal immigrants dumped off in Florida, typically in the middle of the night, by the Biden administration, to sanctuary states like Biden’s home state of Delaware.

“If businesses or contractors are dumping people who are illegal into Florida from Southern Texas, you know, we’re going to go after their ability to do business in Florida,”
“If Biden is dumping people, which he has dumped people, they fly them in at 2 in the morning. They haven’t done it lately, but they did it many months ago. We now have money where we can reroute them to sanctuary states like Delaware. And we’re going to do that, to make sure we’re keeping people safe here.” DeSantis asserted.
DeSantis had previously introduced a proposal last December asking for an additional $8 million to be added to the state’s budget for this this purpose.
During his press conference on Wednesday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced his orders for state officials to charter up to 900 charter buses or “as many as needed” to transport migrants to Washington, D.C. in response to the Biden Administration’s plans to end the Title 42 coronavirus protection protocol and begin large-scale mass releases.
Abbott says the migrants will be dropped off at the steps of the U.S. Capitol. He is fed up with the federal government mass releasing migrants into small TX cities. State officials say they are prepared to activate up to 900 buses, or “as many as needed”. @FoxNews

“To help local officials whose communities are being overwhelmed by hordes of illegal immigrants who are being dropped off by the Biden administration, Texas is providing charter buses to send these illegal immigrants who have been dropped off by the Biden administration to Washington, DC,”
“We are sending them to the United States Capitol, where the Biden administration will be able to more immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border,” Gov. Abbott continued.
This is how you take care of business Republican governors.
I can guarantee you if all those the Biden administration is letting into our nation, as many as 18,000 daily, 6.7 million this year alone, are routed to the sanctuary states and Washington DC, the politicians making these horrendous decisions, will have a quick change of heart.
New — The Biden administration is preparing for a potential spike in arrivals of migrants to the southern border if Title 42 is lifted, including worst-case scenarios in which 12,000 to 18,000 migrants would enter U.S. custody daily, DHS officials say.https://t.co/bvedvwGnuZ
