Growing Impatient With Durham Probe? You May Not Need To Wait Much Longer [Video]

For many of us, it feels as if the investigation into the origins of the Russia Hoax by Justice Department Special Counsel John Durham has been going on almost as long as the hoax itself. But a reliable source, and one who is not of the “anonymous” variety, believes that multiple indictments could be handed down by Durham’s team in the coming days.

Former Republican congressman and Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe appeared on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast recently and offered up an interesting take on what we can expect to happen next. Watch:

When considering the weight and validity of his opinion, we should first recognize the roles and responsibilities that Ratcliffe had as DNI. As Director of National Intelligence, Ratcliffe was tasked with managing all 17 of the federal government’s intelligence agencies, including the CIA and NSA, during the Trump Administration. Ratcliffe understands the processes, and the personalities involved and has extensive experience with these types of goings-on.

But we should also consider the relatively low profile that Ratcliffe keeps. Ratcliffe isn’t exactly John Brennan or James Clapper who also served in the intelligence community and appear on CNN and MSNBC spewing nonsense with such regularity they probably qualify for employee fringe benefits. Ratcliffe has credibility.

Two statements from Ratcliffe stand out. The first:

“I expect there to be a lot more indictments to be forthcoming from John Durham besides the ones that have trickled out so far. And that’s based upon documents, some of which — many of which are not yet declassified.”

When we evaluate Ratcliffe’s comments in light of his level of access and understanding that he is privy to information few others are, they carry weight.

His second intriguing remark is also worth noting:

“The coordinated effort here that took place in 2016 was wide and broad. I think it involved folks in the Clinton campaign, in the Democratic national party, elected officials, media officials, folks that coordinated — intelligence community officials, and on down the line.”

Political novices and those of us who can only view these happenings from the sidelines have made similar conclusions as Ratcliffe. But it is indeed reassuring to those of us clamoring for justice to have those conclusions validated by a former DNI.

Durham and his team are currently engaged in two separate prosecutions: One against former Clinton Campaign attorney Michael Sussman and the other against the primary source of the infamous Steele Dossier. Durham’s is a criminal investigation, and federal prosecutions such as the ones already in progress are significant. Durham’s efforts are no joke.

When we consider the insight provided by John Ratcliffe along with reports that other figures in the investigation appear to be cooperating witnesses, it seems clear that accountability and justice have a good chance of being achieved. We are left to wonder, however, if Hillary Clinton will finally be held to task. Let’s hope so.
