WOW: Even CNN Contributor Sounds Off on Democratic Party Elitism [WATCH]

What’s one of the main problems with the Democratic Party right now?

Many would say that it’s the elitism of that party, elitism shown by the “restrictions for thee but not for me” attitude of people like John Kerry that jet around the world while demanding climate change-related restrictions for the rest of us, calls for gun control by people surrounded by armed security guards, and “inflation isn’t that bad” tweets and speeches by those with millions in the bank and no need to worry.

And that’s before the utter insanity of the highly educated when it comes to matters of race and gender are taken into account; that nonsense is a bridge too far for all but the very wokest and most educated.

In fact, the Democrat elitism problem has gotten so bad and is so obvious that now even CNN contributor Van Jones is calling it out, saying that:

“Listen, we are in danger of becoming a party of the very high and very low. If you pull out the working class we have people very well educated and very well off.

“Those people talk funny, latinx, I have never met a latinx, this weird stuff that these highly educated people say is bizarre, nobody talks about that way at the barber shop and nail salon, the grocery store or community center but that’s how we talk now.”

This isn’t the first time that Van Jones has called out elitism in the Democratic Party and the deleterious effects it could have.

He did so as well back in 2016 when speaking to ABC’s “The View”, saying:

“Everybody knows we have a problem with elitism.

“Liberals and Democrats, we see ourselves as champions of the poor and downtrodden. But we have somehow let a little camp of elitist-sounding, snobby people come into the party, and it’s obnoxious. They talk down to people, and everybody hates it.”

An example of that might be the “latinx” issue on which he spoke in the CNN segment. Almost no one uses that term, something Mediaite reported back in December, noting that:

Last year, a Pew Research poll said only 23 percent of Hispanics had even heard of the term and only 3 percent used it. Gallup got similar results this summer, with only 4 percent of Hispanics saying they preferred the term.

Hence why those Democrats with a brain, ones that don’t want to seem like elitists and get tossed out of office by infuriated voters, don’t use the term.

The Democrat chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, for example, banned the use of it within his office. He announced as much on Twitter, saying:

To be clear my office is not allowed to use “Latinx” in official communications.
When Latino politicos use the term it is largely to appease white rich progressives who think that is the term we use. It is a vicious circle of confirmation bias.
