According to Radar Online, a judge in Arkansas just issued a preliminary injunction that sealed the police report and crime scene photos for the death of Mark Middleton, a former Bill Clinton aide who connected Bill with Epstein.
Commenting on Middleton’s connection to Clinton and Epstein and what happened to him, Radar Online reports that:
Little Rock businessman Mark Middleton, who introduced the late perv to the former president, was found May 7 hanging from a tree with a shotgun blast through his chest and a cheap Dollar Tree-type extension cord around his neck in what investigators have determined to be a suicide.
Apparently, the judge decided to seal the records so as to prevent the family from suffering “irreparable injury” from “embarrassment and harassment” that she felt would follow the release of the grisly photos.
Speaking on that in the preliminary injunction order itself, the judge said:
“The Court finds the public’s interest in disclosure of the Media Content does not outweigh the Middletons’ protected privacy interest in the Media Content at this time.
“The Court finds that since Mr. Middleton’s death, the Middleton have been harassed by individuals with outlandish, hurtful, unsubstantiated, and offensive conspiracy theories regarding Mr. Middleton, his death, and his family, which have caused the Middletons immense harm and anguish.”
However, Radar Online reports that someone close to Middleton has noted some odd aspects of the supposed suicide and claimed that the former Clinton aide and businessman would not have killed himself, with that outlet reporting that:
RadarOnline.com’s investigation was sparked by one of Middleton’s terrified business associates, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of dying, who came forward last month to demand an independent investigation, claiming the 59-year-old father of two was extremely close to Clinton and incapable of committing an elaborate suicide.
The hell-bent businessman even created makeshift gallows by lugging a table and trespassing onto a farm owned by Heifer International, whose headquarters is on the same parcel of land partially owned by Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock.
“Everyone that I know here, that has worked with Mark, knows it is physically impossible for Mark to have killed himself,” the source tells RadarOnline.com, noting that Middleton was an integral part of helping construct the Clinton Library.
Middleton’s family has, however, pushed back on such rumors and allegations, which is what sparked the order to seal the records
For example, Chris Middleton’s brother, Larry Middleton, said in an affidavit that:
“My brother died by suicide in Perry County, Arkansas on May 7, 2022, at the age of 59 years of age. Since his death, I, and other members of the family, have received intimidating, threatening, hurtful, and offensive inquiries from individuals regarding Mark and his death based on an unsupported, offensive, and unsubstantiated conspiracies.”
Similarly, the family also said in a court filing that:
“The Middletons understand that the File contains Media Content that depicts Mr. Middleton’s body and the scene of Mr. Middleton’s death…Since Mr. Middleton’s death, Mr. Middleton’s family, including the Middletons, has been harassed by outlandish, hurtful, unsupported, and offensive online articles regarding Mr. Middleton, his death, and his family…These articles are scurrilous, baseless, and malicious…The same individuals who created the online articles will attempt to obtain details of the File, including the Media Content contained within the File, from Defendants. This information will then almost certainly be published online. Plaintiffs, and other family members of Mr. Middleton, will suffer irreparable harm if such materials are disclosed”
Still, some have raised questions about Middleton’s death, particularly given the supposed recent attempt on Ghislaine Maxwell’s life.
