One More Reason To Boycott Disney World… City Of Orlando’s Anti-American Statement

The Walt Disney Company has given us a multitude of justifications for canceling our Disney Plus subscriptions, throwing away our Lion King DVDs, and pledging to never spend another nickel with the increasingly far-left wokesters controlling the once-great corporation. There has never been a company more worthy of the mantra: Go Woke, Go Broke. But regarding the patronizing of one of their key revenue streams, Disney World, there’s another reason we can add to the growing list motivating us to stay away.

That reason comes not from anyone at Disney itself, but rather from the government running the show in the city which Disney World calls home: Orlando, Florida.

When we visit Disney World, we’re not just pouring money – lots of it, by the way – into the coffers of Disney, a company that’s apparently hellbent on destroying America’s values and indoctrinating young children in LGBTQ ideology, we’re also supporting the local government. Flying into their airport, going to restaurants, and shopping at city vendors supports not only those business owners, but it’s also critical to the local economy.

Based on recent comments from the City of Orlando, run by a Democrat named Buddy Dyer and with a population of just short of 300,000, city officials don’t think very highly of our great country. According to Spectrum News 13:

“The city wrote the following in a newsletter to subscribers on Friday: ‘A lot of people probably don’t want to celebrate our nation right now, and we can’t blame them. When there is so much division, hate and unrest, why on earth would you want to have a party celebrating it?’”

America-haters on the left no longer bother trying to hide their disdain. They’ve lifted their skirt. They want, or better stated they demand, that their Democratic Party politicians win every election, the far-left policies they embrace get implemented, and any court that encounters a case with one of their pet causes rules as they prefer. Failure to comply with those demands will meet with violent protests, unhinged behavior and accusations against political opponents, and the unabashed trashing of our great country.

After extensive backlash directed at the city, they tried to backtrack by issuing the following apology the next day:

“…We understand these words offended some of our residents, which was not our intent. We value the freedoms we have in this country and are thankful to the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for those…We take pride in celebrating the 4th of July to express our gratitude to those men and women and honor the country we live in.”

As the saying goes, “Drunken words equal sober thoughts.” We can apply a slight variation to that adage by saying, “Spontaneous and unedited words in a newsletter equal a government’s true sentiments.” The Democrats running the City of Orlando, like Democrats across the country, have a disgusting, radical agenda. And anyone or anything that could impede that agenda isn’t just an adversary, they’re an enemy.

That includes this magnificent country as we celebrate its birthday. That includes the men and women on the Supreme Court trying to interpret complex laws and their adherence to our Constitution. And that includes patriotic, freedom-loving governors like the one in Florida if he doesn’t play along with their pedophiliac game plans.

In case you needed more motivation to save your money or give it to folks other than the clowns at Disney and the anti-American Democrats running Orlando, they just gave you even more incentive.
