He’s There in the Worst of Times and the Best of Times – See How This Actress Got Through Tough Moments

Danica McKellar from Wonder Years is sharing more about her faith in God, highlighting His ability and power to get us back to peace and harmony in the middle of any difficult situation or hardship.

This is very true as I, along with many others, have experienced this despite our darkest hours. In fact, in your deepest darkest moment, that’s where God’s light can shine the brightest. The Bible also speaks about putting faith in God and expecting peace in Philippians 4:6-7 which reads:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

McKellar as of late took to Instagram and posted about the demise of her friend or family member, saying that even in her misery she has been able to find bliss and peace through the Holy Spirit.

“I’ll be honest; it’s been a super rough time over here with sudden and unexpected death in the family…but we are hanging in there. Life hits us all with challenges of all sorts at various times. Just remember that we are not alone. Love and comfort are just one breath away,” she continued. “I have had moments of joy amidst this tragedy, absolutely because of connection to God. I used to be uncomfortable with the term Holy Spirit, and used to think of it as Universal Love,” she explains, describing her pre-Christian days. “But I can tell you, the Holy Spirit has been in me and with me through this difficult time and I’m just so grateful.”

I’ve said this in other articles, and I’ll say it again, these actors, stars, or famous people are just like the rest of us – just people. They hurt, feel pain, have ups and downs, and some of them turn to God or have a deep faith in God already, and that’s the amazing part.

They might be able to reach people using their stardom who normally wouldn’t listen to anyone else when it comes to God. They have a real opportunity to spread the gospel and glad tidings, if genuine. However, there is another side to this coin and it’s the exact opposite, where some famous people will bring those in the middle over to darkness. That’s why you must know what you are consuming, be it music, movies, television, or any other media.

McKeller seems to have dug in deep which is good, if it’s genuine. She shared back in May that she’s found the saving grace of Jesus Christ strongly. “And I can tell you I’m experiencing a relationship with God and Jesus that I’ve never had before, and it feels miraculous.”

Additionally, she has been posting other things that she thinks are of high importance such as promoting Camp Christmas for foster kids, and on the fourth of July, she called on all Americans to give thanks for the blessings of America, notwithstanding our slip-ups and battles as a country.

She followed up by saying we should be thankful for our freedoms and appreciate the opportunities we have ending with “#ProudAmerican #GodBlessAmerica“.
