Rhode Island may be the smallest of the fifty states, but apparently, it has plenty of room for race-baiting, attention-seeking, hedonistic morons like our knucklehead of the week. In the Ocean State’s legislature, a first-term senator named Tiara Mack managed to summarize much of what plagues America and our culture with one ill-advised social media posting and her subsequent counterattack against outraged critics. If someone unfamiliar with the continuing decay of our society were to ask us to provide one example of what ails us, the behavior of this week’s top knucklehead would be an ideal choice.
Winner: Rhode Island State Senator Tiara Mack posts a campaign video of herself wearing a thong bikini and twerking upside down, then goes on offense in attacking her detractors.
From the category of “Things You Can’t Make Up,” comes this story. Before we get to the bizarre defense of Ms. Mack, here’s the video she posted on TikTok. See for yourself, but consider yourself warned… you may have trouble sleeping tonight:
To be clear, this video wasn’t posted with the intent of just being fun. It wasn’t a ‘hey friends, check out what I’m doing in my spare time at the beach’ type of TikTok post. It was a political post designed to garner support and convince people to vote for her. Specifically, Mack’s comments accompanying the video were to call attention to her support of an LBGTQ indoctrination bill in the Rhode Island legislature calling for the instruction of public-school students on “queer inclusive, pleasure-based sex.”
More than anything else, what this incident really illustrates is the twisted mindset of the left, particularly when we consider Mack’s reaction. Mack’s video shows her half-naked, performing sexually suggestive gyrations, with comments advocating for sex education classes that promote gay sex. It sure seems like Ms. Mack is trying to get attention, doesn’t it?
But unless you’re applauding, you’d better not comment or even notice Mack’s antics, because if you do, you’ll be called a bigot and Tiara Mack will have been a victim of your bigotry. Because as it turns out, not only is Mack a black woman, but she’s also a lesbian. She checks off three boxes at the top of the intersectional hierarchy which gives her the leftwing trifecta of victimhood; a classification so coveted by the left, that anything Mack says or does cannot be criticized.
In response to Mack’s critics, here are just three of her rebuttals:
1 – “The conversations about my body twerking upside down are directly correlated to the conversation that’s happening in the United States right now. The crux of the conversation about abortion is about body autonomy.”
With that first sentence, Mack is clearly alluding to the recent ruling from the Supreme Court in Dobbs V Jackson regarding abortion and the overturning of Roe V Wade. In her second sentence, Mack apparently tries to make some bizarre connection between the right to kill one’s baby via abortion and the transgender debate. Talking about connecting dots that don’t exist; wow.
2 – “As a queer, Black woman I am used to this treatment. It doesn’t make it okay, but I realize there are separate rules in society for me. I choose not to follow them, and for many that is liberating and for others it rubs them the wrong way.”
In this response published in Newsweek, Mack cuts to the chase. ‘You can’t criticize me. And if you do, we’ll all know why. I’m black, female, and gay, and I’ll say whatever I damned well please.’
3 – “Can the media also cover the 10+ bills I sponsored that the Rhode Island Senate never scheduled for a hearing? Can the media cover any policy wins had by the youngest Black state senator in Rhode Island? As a Black, queer woman you all should know the answer. It’s no. Let them carry on their narrative. Me? I’m going to be joyful, free, and unbothered.”
Notice that Mack cannot refer to herself, or any of her so-called accomplishments, without also calling out that she’s black and queer. She might be better off just buying a t-shirt stating, “I’m a gay black woman, hear me roar.” But her mentality is just absurd. She shakes her butt upside down in a thong bikini, posts the video on TikTok for crying out loud, and then asks people to focus on “policy?”
Many of the subsequent criticisms of Ms. Mack essentially called her behavior a harbinger of things to come for the Democratic Party: Unapologetic and in-your-face debauchery, the open targeting of children with their immoral worldviews, and defended by the worst example of identity politics. That’s a fair assessment. Yup, that’s exactly where the Democrats are heading.
While Tiara Mack tries to portray herself as a victim of bigotry, the reality is she gets away with things that straight white men and women would never get away with. Imagine if a Republican, straight white woman had behaved similarly. Do you think she might have caught some flak? Just a little, maybe?
Ms. Mack, what you did was disgraceful and immoral. Your actions in attempting to indoctrinate our children in your version of morality are despicable. Your exploitation of your skin color, gender, and sexual proclivities as a shield against any type of disapproval is reprehensible. And none of these assertions are made because you are a queer black woman, they’re made because you’re a knucklehead.
Honorable Mention #1: Vice-President Kamala Harris had another seriously bad week… seriously.
On Tuesday as she was offering her thoughts on the Highland Park shootings the day before, our incomparable Vice-President observed, “We got to take this stuff seriously, as seriously as you are because you have been forced to have taken this seriously.” Oh, the wisdom. Her oratory took us back, naturally, to her “the significance of the passage of time” diatribe from earlier this year. If you haven’t seen the video, check out here:

But that wasn’t Harris’ only knuckleheadedness. Only days earlier, Harris appeared at an event in New Orleans, gave a 30-minute interview, and the whole time she was sitting under a banner with her own Vice-Presidential seal with the word “Louisiana” misspelled right beneath it. Neither Harris nor the interviewer made mention of the error. The only way this episode could have been more fitting would have been if Harris had been yapping about education.
Honorable Mention #2: White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stumbles; again.
It’s remarkable that Ms. Jean-Pierre has yet to be honored as the top knucklehead in our weekly tribute. The reality is that the competition each week has been so stiff, she has been unable to break through. But something tells her time is coming soon.
On Friday, when pressed about the Administration’s decision to not only release strategic petroleum reserves but to send that crude oil overseas, the Press Secretary showed just how bad she as at her job. Her response below defies belief. President Biden doesn’t have a problem asking gas station owners to lower their prices, but is unable to request oil companies on what to do with the oil he just gave them? Watch:
