Watch: Doocy Roasts Karine Jean-Pierre Over Her Election Denial

Social media never forgets. You ever send a tweet, post on Facebook, maybe drop a picture on Instagram and then forget about it, only to have it come back and publicly humiliate you and prove you a soulless liar in front of the world? No? Thank goodness most of us aren’t famous or newsworthy enough for that kind of scrutiny.

As for myself, I have posted some really dumb stuff. My Facebook memories reminds me on an almost daily basis the 2014 me was a silly, sometimes petty version of 2022 me. Fortunately, I’m not in politics or Hollywood, so the dumb stuff I throw out there can fly under the radar.

Unfortunately for White House diversity hire and Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Fox News’ Peter Doocy has her on radar lock like Maverick in Top Gun. In a post Labor Day press conference Doocy reminded Karine about how she herself was a big old fat election denier! Say what? I thought that was the specialty of MAGA Republicans. Shame on you Karine! Check this out from Breitbart:

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre struggled Tuesday to respond to her past statements denying the results of an election — even as her boss President Joe Biden stated that “election deniers” posed a threat to democracy.

“Look, I’m not going to go back to where we were or what happened in 2016, we’re going to focus on the here and now,” she said, when confronted with past statements on social media about President Donald Trump stealing the 2016 election and also Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp.

Karine Jean-Pierre has indeed been a naughty election denier. Of course, that’s neither here nor there now apparently, as is usually the case when a Democrat is posed with a scurrilous past claim like election denial. At least Republicans will double down!

“I knew this was coming, I was waiting Peter when you were going to ask me that question,” she said, in response to a question from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy during the White House press briefing.

Well Karine, if you knew Doocy was about to throw you a doozy, why weren’t you prepared? Probably because you are bad at your job? Jean-Pierre has consistently been unprepared, lost, and failed to give coherent answers to even the simplest questions. At least Jen Psaki would tell her lies with conviction!

“Let’s be really clear, that comparison that you made is just ridiculous,” Jean-Pierre replied.

She claimed that she had since stated that Trump and Kemp won their elections.

Jean-Pierre immediately pivoted to the January 6th riots.

“Let’s not forget about what happened on January 6th 2021 when we saw an insurrection, a mob that was incited by the person who occupied this campus, this facility at this time,” she said.

Denial of both the elections, and responsibility for Karine. She forgets that the internet provides a hard copy of everything, and Republicans have long memories. Maybe that’s why the elephant is the symbol? Just a thought.

Naturally the obvious pivot for Jean-Pierre, and most Democrats is January 6. You could tell a Dem that Starbucks was out of their favorite low-fat, soy, locally sourced, fair trade overpriced coffee drink and they’d say, “but, what about January 6th?” Karine had obviously forgotten about saying we weren’t going to go back and talk about “where we were or what happened in 2016”, but she sure has no problem throwing Jan 6 out there.

The sad and obvious fact is, we have a failed White House, and an unqualified WH Press Secretary. Thank goodness we have Peter Doocy to hold her little feet to the fire and keep us entertained.
