In what might be the most shocking case of FBI involvement in political and culture war matters yet, even after the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, it appears, according to conservative journalist Greg Price on Twitter, that nearly three dozen FBI agents raided the home of a Catholic activist who is known for promoting Christian virtue and being anti-abortion, arresting him in front of his wife and kids over an incident in which he shoved a man who was screaming obscenities at and threatening his son. Here’s what Price reported:

The most horrific case yet might be the story of a Catholic activist from my hometown who had 30 FBI agents sent to his house yesterday to arrest him in front of his wife and seven children.
Mark Houck is the founder of an organization called The King’s Men, which promotes Christian virtues among men, and is a well known pro-life activist in the Philly area.
Every Wednesday, he sidewalk counsels at Planned Parenthoods in Philly for six to eight hours.
In October 2021, he was counseling when a pro-abortion protester leading people into the building threatened his son and yelled obscenities at him.
Houck then pushed the man away from his son.
He was never charged for it and the man tried unsuccessfully to sue him.
That was until yesterday when, according to his wife, 25-30 armed FBI agents raided their home at 7:05 a.m.
His wife said they entered the home and pointed rifles at them as their kids began screaming.
His wife and kids watched and they arrested Mark.
He’s now being charged by the Biden DOJ with a law called the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances,” which makes it a federal crime to “injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care.”
Mark Houck is now facing a maximum sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000.
All because he pushed a Planned Parenthood volunteer to the ground who got in his son’s personal space and yelled obscenities at him.
So, a man who does nothing but run an org that teaches men to be strong Catholics and sidewalk counsels outside Planned Parenthoods had 30 armed federal agents sent to his house and is now facing jail time over an incident that resulted in a failed lawsuit
Of course it’s unprecedented that the FBI raided President Trump’s home but, in my opinion, this is even worse.
Mark Houck is a man who poses no threat to anyone.
All he does is promote Catholic values, help people, and try to save lives.
Yet, on some obscure federal law nobody has ever heard of, he had 30 FBI agents show up to his house, rifles pointed at him and his wife, and now faces 11 years in jail because the feds are accusing him of assaulting a “reproductive healthcare worker” who threatened his son.
Nobody responsible for the nearly 100 attacks, including firebombs and vandalism, on pro-life pregnancy centers has been charged by the DOJ.
But a pro-life activist who pushed a Planned Parenthood volunteer threatening his son is now facing 11 years in jail.
Two-tiers justice.
Price’s report was mostly corroborated by a press release coming from the Eastern Pennsylvania DA’s Office. In that DOJ material, it was reported that:
United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Mark Houck, 48, of Kintnersville, PA, was charged by Indictment with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which makes it a federal crime to use force with the intent to injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care. The defendant was arrested and made his initial appearance in federal court on these charges earlier today.
According to court documents, the defendant is alleged to have twice assaulted a man because he was a volunteer reproductive health care clinic escort. The charges stem from two separate incidents both on October 13, 2021, which occurred at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center on Locust Street in Philadelphia, where Houck allegedly assaulted the victim, a 72-year-old man, identified in the Indictment as “B.L.,” because B.L. was a volunteer escort at the reproductive health care clinic. In the first incident, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, when the defendant forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground. In the second incident, the defendant verbally confronted B.L. and forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground in front of the Planned Parenthood center, causing injuries to B.L. that required medical attention.
“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive healthcare clinic, it is a federal crime,” said U.S. Attorney Romero. “Our Office and the Department of Justice are committed to prosecuting crimes which threaten the safety and rights of all individuals.”
“Put simply, violence is never the answer,” said Jacqueline Maguire, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Philadelphia Division. “Violating the FACE Act by committing a physical assault is a serious crime for which the FBI will work to hold offenders accountable.”
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000.
The National Review even joined in on pointing out the craziness of what is happening to Houck and the reality of that alleged assault, noting that:
The FACE violation charge was thrown out this summer, but was somehow picked up by the DOJ, she said. Houck also described an incident in which her husband “shoved” a pro-abortion man away from his 12-year-old son after the man entered “the son’s personal space” and refused to stop hurling “crude… inappropriate and disgusting” comments at the Houcks.
The man did not sustain any injuries, but did try to sue Houck.
So Houck, a family man who allegedly just shoved a guy who was screaming at his son and was never charged for the incident might well be locked up for over a decade after his terrified family watched as FBI agents with drawn guns arrested him. Welcome to Biden’s America.
