Minnesota Representative Angie Craig is a pretty indistinguishable human being. She is as vanilla as they come, which is how Minnesota’s DFL likes it when operating outside of the rapidly diversifying Twin Cities. They run the most bland candidates (think: Senators Tina Smith and Amy Klobuchar) as a way of fooling Minnesota’s ignorant voting base into thinking everyone is nice and will go along to get along.
Then, they vote with Joe Biden 100% of the time.
Craig won her seat two years ago, composed largely of Dakota County, which is white and middle to upper-middle class. These people are as worthless as they come, aging boomers with tons of money who get their feel-goods by voting for the “nice” party. There are then plenty of rich kids whose parents are those same aging boomers and have never known real hardship in their lives; they went to the best public schools in the 1990s, went to private colleges paid for by Dad, then returned to their comfy communities to purchase half-a-million dollar homes courtesy of their easy, high-paying jobs. No one in Dakota County leaves Dakota County, meaning they don’t know – and don’t care to know – what their voting record does.
All of it adds up to someone like Craig winning her seat and going to Congress to immediately vote against what made America great as a country. She might have the campaign appearance of just a midwestern gal, but she’s as mean and deluded as they come.
And that’s how you end up with soundbites like this. Just watch as Representative Craig goes off the rails while debating her Republican challenger, defending Big Pharma and “standing against her constituents”:

Yes, she really said that. “I will never stop standing up for Big Pharma and standing against my constituents!”
Clearly, she misspoke, but that’s not the point. The point is that in her moment of Kamala Harris word salad or Joe Biden bumbling she actually said the quiet part out loud. The truth is, Democrats do prop up Big Pharma while destroying the lives of the people whom she claims to support.
Big Pharma’s regulatory capture of the CDC, NIH, FDA, and government in general led to the most destructive policy in our generation. Lies were promoted and truths were banned in the tyrannical effort to push novel mRNA technology into every last arm of the American public. We were told we were killing grandma if we didn’t get the jab or wear a mask, only to learn years later (well, we knew it at the time, but now we can all talk about it) that the jabs were ineffectual at stopping transmission while also carrying significant risks and that masks did nothing to stop the spread. Imagine our surprise learning meshing designed to stop particles of a certain size didn’t capture particles of a lesser size.
Big Pharma is the reason existing pharmaceuticals like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were said to be useless at best and harmful at worst, despite countless studies and anecdotes suggesting otherwise. Of course, Big Pharma wouldn’t have been able to get its EUA or make record profits if its own solution didn’t pass muster.
Angie Craig will likely sweep to victory because 1) it’s what Minnesota does and 2) relatedly, they can’t find even a single decent Republican with stones to say what needs to be said.
And so her slip will come to pass as true: She and her corrupt Democrat colleagues will continue voting in Congress in ways that stand up for Big Pharma while standing against the constituents.
