Just to make things clear:
I am an Independent politically. I have voted for Democrats. I have voted for Republicans. I may even have voted for Other. I have liked members of either party. I have felt disdain for members of either party.
I have not liked Joe Biden since he blatantly lied about his academic achievements and his plagiarism.
I am neither a neurologist nor a psychiatrist. I cannot diagnose the man’s mental status. It is my lay opinion that he is demented and that his likelihood of succeeding at the Montreal Cognitive Assessment is zero. (This is the test that Trump reportedly completed without error.)
Lastly, I am not a urologist.
That said, I feel extremely comfortable diagnosing Joe Biden (D-Geritol) with Premature Evacuation. This is a form of ED (Executive Dysfunction).
Joe suffers from multiple forms of ED – Executive Disgrace, Excessive Dementia, Extreme Dissembling – to name a few.
Premature Evacuation is the shooting of a political wad without plans for the consequences.
He has displayed many episodes of Premature Evacuation. Here are a few:
1. Evacuation of the Keystone XL Pipeline project.
Fulfilling his campaign promise, President Joe Biden rescinded a key permit for the Keystone XL oil pipeline, effectively blocking the project’s progress.
Immediately after his Jan. 20 inauguration, Biden kicked off his term with a slew of executive orders and actions he had promised during his campaign, including a pledge to revoke a presidential permit for the pipeline.
“The United States must be in a position to exercise vigorous climate leadership in order to achieve a significant increase in global climate action and put the world on a sustainable climate pathway,” Biden’s Jan. 20 order said. “Leaving the Keystone XL pipeline permit in place would not be consistent with my administration’s economic and climate imperatives.”
The 830,000-barrel-per-day pipeline requires such a permit since it crosses the international border between the U.S. and Canada.
No plans were in place for increasing the supply of oil to meet that lost by the pipeline closure. Nor were plans in place to help the 11,000 unemployed pipeline workers and future workers to be hired upon completion. Even the promised “green jobs” never materialized. Businesses that depended on the presence of workers suffered and/or went under. No provisions were made for them, either.
2. Closing the Alaskan Natural Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) to drilling:
In a Day One executive order, Biden ordered the Interior Department to temporarily halt all activities relating to oil and gas leasing at [ANWR]… a 2017 law requires the federal government to hold two lease sales to allow for drilling at ANWR, one by the end of this year and another by the end of 2024.
The first of those sales was already held at the tail end of the Trump administration…
Biden evacuated existing leases and the opportunity to bid for leases in the future without any plans for replacing lost oil and gas production.
3. Afghanistan – this is the prototypical display of Premature Evacuation.
…the Taliban seized Kabul, the Afghan government collapsed, and U.S. President Joe Biden ordered a hasty and chaotic evacuation from Afghanistan. When the crisis ended two weeks later, 13 U.S. service members had been killed and hundreds or more U.S. citizens had been left behind to fend for themselves under the Taliban’s brutal rule.
Future historians will ask how a global superpower like the United States seemed so unprepared for Afghanistan’s unraveling. Here’s what they should know: Almost everyone who paid any attention to Afghanistan saw it coming—everyone, that is, except Biden and his insular circle of advisors.
That there were no plans in place for the withdrawal and its consequences was obvious to many.
…Writer for The Atlantic and author Elliot Ackerman said that “there was no plan in place for a large-scale evacuation” of our allies from Afghanistan and the blame for this “does fall on the Biden administration.
4. PPE under the Obama/Biden Regime – Joe’s PE began before his presidency under the tutelage of Barack Hussein. During the Obama/Biden administration, Personal Protective Equipment stores were evacuated for use during the H1N1 epidemic. They were not replenished.
From Bloomberg:
The national stockpile used to be somewhat more robust. In 2006, Congress provided supplemental funds to add 104 million N95 masks and 52 million surgical masks in an effort to prepare for a flu pandemic. But after the H1N1 influenza outbreak in 2009, which triggered a nationwide shortage of masks and caused a 2-to-3-year backlog orders for the N95 variety, the stockpile distributed about three-quarters of its inventory and didn’t build back the supply.
No plan was implemented to restore the inventory, despite expert advice to do so.
Can Vice President Biden explain why the Obama administration did not order the N95 masks to replace the 100 million used in the Asian Flu epidemic. Experts advised replacing them but Obama-Biden team failed to buy them. Shortage starts with them. Explain it Joe!

All of the foregoing has worked to the detriment of the American people.
What to do about Biden’s PE?
There are bad news and good news.
The bad news is that there is no self-administered treatment that can reverse PE.
The good news is that there is a treatment that can be administered by a third-party. That treatment is Regime-Change-anol.
Administered by voters, over time from 23 September 2022 until 08 November 2022 (barring late voting shenanigans), Regime-Change-anol can prevent the PE form of ED from having any further effects.
