Justin Trudeau deserves the gallows, so let’s just be clear about that. Laughing at his haircut is trivial compared to the injustices he has imposed on Canadians and the harms he has inflicted upon them.
Still, mockery is a crucial element to combatting the many absurdities of tyranny. If there is one thing we know about leftists, they crave adoration and approval. People with pronouns meltdown over the wrong he/she being used, so this is not an overstatement.
Whether it’s a pre-K teacher upset at not being allowed to teach queer gender theory or the leader of a western country, all leftists are the same. Poke a hole in their ridiculous facade and they fall apart.
With that in mind, Trudeau deserves all of the hilarious contempt possible for this summer haircut:

One Twitter user nailed the comparison:

And Canada’s Toronto Sun summed it up perfectly:
“The 50-year-old Canadian Prime Minister was spotted out in Quebec sporting closely-cropped locks that sparked comparisons on social media to Lloyd Christmas’ goofy look in the 1994 comedy.”
They even captured some of the best comments on social media:
“So a man walks into a barber shop and shows them photos of Forrest Gump, Dumb and Dumber and Pee-wee Herman. This is the result,” one Twitter user wrote.
“Apparently, he went to his stylist and said, ‘Give me the Lloyd Christmas,’” another jabbed, sharing side-by-side photos of the leader and the Canadian-born Carrey.
A third pointed to Trudeau’s sagging approval ratings, writing, “So now … either you cut your hair yourself, or literally everyone hates you — even your hairdresser.”
It’s not known how his haircut was performed, but people like Trudeau should be careful sitting in the barber chair. It’s not as if there are cultural legacies of mob bosses being fileted by a straight razor while going in for a shave.
It’s also not known if this haircut was a serious effort or a complete joke. Did the stylist think they performed alchemy on his coif? Did Trudeau stand up and the barber said: I have outdone myself. It’s most likely this case, however who wouldn’t love to hear the story of a rogue hairdresser, perhaps one whose brother or uncle was detained for driving a truck through public thoroughfares in Ottawa and whose bank account was frozen by the sinister government of Trudeau and his henchmen?
We may never know, but I know which truth I will believe.
