On Tuesday during a climate conference with global elites, President Joe Biden had another “dementia” moment when he apologized for repeating himself then lost his train of thought and then repeated himself again.
“As you keep hearing me say and I apologize, building out our climate infrastructure can and should help drive a sustainable economic recovery. From the first meeting we had I, I apologize for the repetition. When I look at climate and dealing with climate change and I see jobs. Good jobs. Economic development and movement that’s what I see.”
Biden then went on to say the exact same thing all over again.
“And finally, you keep hearing me say it, but uh uh um…” Biden said as he got extremely confused. “Building out the climate in in infrastructure should drive sustainable economic recovery.”

Biden’s trip overseas has been a total disaster. During a speech at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Biden appeared to fall asleep.
In the beginning of the video, Biden closes his eyes but then reopens them after a few seconds. However, 20 seconds into the video, Biden appears to take a cat nap for about 30 seconds before an aide comes over to wake him up.

The speaker was giving a fear-mongering speech about climate change, saying that the world will be destroyed if we don’t “do something now”.
“I see a generation growing up with fear in their hearts for what the future holds. On behalf of everyone, disabled and non-disabled all around the world, I call on you to commit to concrete actions to stop the destruction of this magnificent planet,” said the speaker.
