Biden’s Radical Supreme Court Nominee Announced, Who Is She?

Well, the far left chalks up another victory on Capitol Hill.

Liberals for several months have pressured Supreme Court Justice Bryer to retire prior to the 2022 mid-terms election expecting the Democrats to lose control of the U.S. Senate.

With a liberal succeding Breyer, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1994, the balance of the court’s current 6-to-3 conservative supermajority, would not change.

So what is the main qualification for the person replacing Bryer, a white male? She must be a black woman, period.

The Biden administration, acquiescing to the pressure and following through on Joe’s unwarranted campaign promise, is reportedly going to announce he will nominate a black woman to be the next Supreme Court Justice on Friday.

Biden’s choice is a radical activist judge named Ketanji Brown Jackson, who was previously Biden’s first confirmed appellate judge in 2021.

CNN first reported the story on Friday morning, citing “a source who has been notified about the decision.” A formal announcement is expected later on Friday.

Judge Jackson has an awful record with several of her major decisions getting overturned by appeals courts.

Here are just a few:

  • Jackson ruled that Don McGahn must testify to Congress about his time as Trump’s White House counsel.
  • Last July Judge Ketanji Jackson temporarily blocked the deportation of two migrants who claimed the Trump Administration’s new “lesson plan” for asylum officers makes it harder to prove fear of returning to their home country. Her ruling was so radical that Acting US Citizenship and Immigration Director Ken Cuccinelli slammed the activist judge.

Jackson would become the first Black woman to serve on the court. At 51, she would also be the second-youngest justice on the current court (Justice Amy Coney Barrett turned 50 in January).

Jackson was nominated to District Court just eight months ago and was confirmed by a 53-44 vote with the support of three Senate Republicans. Only David Souter, appointed by George W. Bush, came to the Supreme Court with less time on the federal appeals court — under five months.

Jackson is a Harvard Law School graduate who was born in Washington, D.C. She clerked for Breyer during the 1999-2000 Supreme Court term.

One of the other major factors in choosing Ketanji Brown Jackson is that has twice been confirmed by the Senate.

“She has also been twice confirmed by the Senate, including last year, when three Republicans voted yes in a 53-to-44 vote to approve her elevation to the powerful U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, a traditional proving ground for potential justices. The three Republicans who voted to confirm her — and who will be under pressure from Democrats to do so again in the evenly divided Senate — were Senators Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska,” The New York Times noted.

Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski voted to confirm her as District Judge.

So Biden is moving forward with his pledge as he is going with Judge Jackson, a radical “black woman”, who hasn’t even been on the District Court Appeals Court for a year.

There were better choices, but with her far-left bent, and only being 51 years old, the left is expecting 30 plus years of progressive, biased votes coming from her seat on the Supreme Court.
