Was the Alito Opinion Leak a Distraction? This Conservative Radio Host Thinks So

Why was the Alito opinion leaked? Was it because some leftist working on or for the Supreme Court went ballistic upon hearing that states would have the ability to choose whether to allow abortion, or was the leak the result of something more devious, more planned?

According to Wayne Allan Root, a conservative radio host who is also a brilliant writer, it was the result of something more sinister: it’s meant to be a distraction from the bombshell that Dinesh D’Souza dropped in “2000 Mules,” his documentary about the voter fraud that he contends took place in 2020.

Setting that argument about the intent behind the leak up with an eye-raising, attention-grabbing introduction, Root first says:

Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen? Do you need more evidence? Then watch the “2,000 Mules” movie coming out this week.

How powerful is “2,000 Mules”? Why do you think the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade was leaked right at this exact moment? This is the first Supreme Court decision that has ever been leaked — and it just happened to occur on the eve of the release of “2,000 Mules”?

Look who this historic criminal act targets: female voters. It’s no coincidence.

As a note, it’s not the first SCOTUS leak to have happened, though leaks from the court are exceedingly rare.

Root then sets up a comparison between the voter fraud that he contends took place in 2020 with the situation of a woman finding out her spouse or boyfriend is cheating, using that to show how the angry, vitriolic response of Democrats and MSM hacks when confronted with allegations of fraud is proof of it. As Root puts it:

But the only proof any smart wife or mother needs is the response. Just like a cheating husband, the Democrats’ response is so rancid, so ridiculous, so over-the-top with fake outrage, we all know the truth. The proof is in the response. We know.

If you made a bet on the election (as I did), you know. Donald Trump was running away with a landslide electoral victory at midnight on election night when suddenly five key states announced at the same time, for the first time in history, that they were stopping the vote count until morning. Nothing strange there. Nothing suspicious there.

Included in that response, Root implies, is the depth two which they will plumb to hush up any substantial allegations of fraud, including, perhaps, leaking a Supreme Court opinion to distract people from the fraud allegations.

While a good point, Root isn’t the only one claiming that this is a coverup, with others saying that the leak was actually an attempt to cover up the recently released Pfizer vaccine data, another sacred cow for the mainstream media, social media censors, and leftist Fauci-enthusiasts.

Who’s right? Who knows. The vax crowd could be, Root and people who agree with him could be, both could be, or perhaps there was some other reason. But, though the exact cause of the leak isn’t certain, it would appear that there’s more at play than just the left being upset about abortion/

However, given the fury and gnashing of teeth that has accompanied their response, perhaps that was the cause. Hopefully an investigation will determine what’s really going on and what the cause for the leak was.
